Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized candles are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.
Sale Items
