Processing Time
All of our candles are handcrafted to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom or large orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier delays, which are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package all orders to help prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier once marked as delivered.
Weather Considerations
Candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we take precautions, we are not responsible for melting or damage caused by extreme heat during transit.
